Dryer Vent Collapsible Snowman

A few years ago, when we were doing some venting work, we had just a little bit of it left over.  Technical terms are lacking at the moment.  Sorry.  Anyway, I suddenly envisioned a snowman.  And, hey, minus the hat I made - It's great for storage. 

I simply cut out some eyes and nose, out of felt.  Made a mouth out of some yarn, and tied some fabric or ribbon around it for a scarf.  The hat - cardboard and felt with a little gold trim.

I made a solid base to the hat and glued it on.  I wish now, I had left some space, because it scrunched a bit in my storage boxes and I can't get it undone.  Had, I used less cardboard, and left a hole in the middle to the dryer vent and just did the brim with cardboard, I could have fixed the dent, and the hat could have collapsed inside, as well.
